I wanted to wait. I keep calling other places, looking for a job that doesn't require it...but nothing is turning up

So they acknowledge that this is an unknown and they are anticipating problems. Sounds like something to NOT put in your system.

We do what we have to for our family. No judgement here. I’d likely do the same thing.
