He got a shot in at Harvick. That's great. He gets points in my book for that.
I used to hate his guts but I have come to really like and enjoy that motherfricker. Guy tells it like it is and is a breath of fresh air, and a really good dude on top of it. He is the most naturally talented driver the sport has had since the late Tim Richmond and its a shame he missed the cut to battle for the title.
He shouldn't of called Brad retarded, but for NASCAR to make him undergo sensitivity training is ridiculous. He apologized, he knows he messed up. That should be the end of it.
I have a first cousin who's 6 days younger than me who's mentally handicapped. He has the mind of a 7 yr.old. My 6 year old daughter is more developed mentally than he is. I don't like the word being used as a derogatory slur due to him. But the context that Rowdy used it wasn't derogatory.
