Back then, when a store got firebombed, you knew EXACTLY who the frick firebombed it and made damned sure you didn't miss your protection payment like that other dude did.

Nobody from the outside was firebombing protected stores, that's for fricking sure. The first guy who did would be made an example of for everyone else to know you don't frick with the mob or its rackets.
