This is such BS. First of all it is impossible to determine where someone contracts a virus from. Covid is everywhere you can pick it up anytime you step outside your house. Second, how many schools have been sued because someone got covid at a game they held? Probably none

The policy wasn't about not getting sued it was because LSU/Louisiana are run by crazy leftists who just to score points and to outdo the other crazy leftists when it comes to covid. It's all about control

It's all about them trying to push the vaccine on people who don't want it
