He punched her. She took it and was still standing. Sorry to say that if that was my woman, and I was standing in the same spot her soy man was, they would be trying me for a one punch hate crime because it's clear the puncher in this didn't know he left himself open for a counter punch over the top. He would be down. It's just reaction at that point.
