She could be a remote worker in Namibia. That should be even more comfortable.

Of course many people like the work from home option. It allows many indirect subsidies such as reduced childcare expenses, transportation costs or just straight commute time. The problem is that in most cases it comes at a direct cost of performance to your employer.
