To answer you though. No. In 30+ years of adult workplace life, I've never once heard anyone give a frick about a black woman's hair beyond it being out of regs in the Army. And there, they'll give white women shite about it WAY before they give black women shite about it because everyone's scared of EO.

And even if they did, the stark reality that many of the most toxic, unpersonable people you know are black women, so who the frick is going to approach a colleague at work and ask about her hair?
