how should we subsidize the WNBA salaries? Charge more for tickets and merchandise that they won’t sell? Take a % from the NBA revenue? Should the taxpayers pay WNBA player salaries?
In this utopian magical scenario where we pay them more than their market value, where does the money come from?

They should be paid based on how much money they generate. However, I don't imagine women's pro sports generate even 1/4 as much as men.
I am all for women's equality but this is business. They are being treated as equals they just don't like it.

Read up on fair market value value. They literally have boys high school teams that would absolutely destroy the best WNBA team. In soccer the women's national champions FAFO from a U-15 boys soccer team. Same thing happened to the women's Australian olympic team. That may change with tranny's in the future but I doubt it.
