Can they still pull a big name from an upper-tier P5?
I mean they hired Clay fricking Helton and it seems like their facilities have fallen out of the top half of the PAC-12.

I think it's pretty much do or die for them, if they miss this opportunity they will probably fade into complete oblivion, they'll throw everything plus the kitchen sink at their new hire
