If someone commits 1st degree murder and there is 100% without a doubt they did it they should be executed within a month after found guilty.

With that said, someone like a serial killer.. There will be people who will want to study them and they should be studied.

And if a jury convicts someone, does that mean someone is 100% guilty?

I wouldn't want it to be easy to set someone up for murder, they get charged then then they are given the needle. Two years later something surfaces and it is realized the wrong person was convicted..
