2013 - 2016 only one top ten class, 2014. Looks like as many 3-stars as 4 & 5 star combined.

That team also had a transcendent quarterback with some elite skill players.
It’s more sustainable to build through recruiting 4* and 5* guys as they generally have a higher floor and ceiling.
However, player evaluations must take place and development is 100% needed.
