Based on what ya'll have seen so far this year, whose gonna get shafted if a Big 12 team, an SEC team, and USC all run the table? Does your answer change based on the team involved, or do you think a conference is going to get the shaft period. (ie, do you think Missouri would get left out, but not OU)....just curious as to what folks think about this.....

I dont think any SEC team will go unbeaten, but if one does I think USC should get left out. We all know they wont, but thats what I think. They will by far have the worst resume.

USC would get in hands down. Everyone knows it, so lets move on.

I think if OU is the Big 12 team they'd have a pretty good shot to get in. But I just don't see how they shaft an SEC school again, especially with the last 2 NC coming from the SEC.

No SEC team will win out, but if one does, it'll be the SEC team and USC (especially if LSU runs the table-- that'd be a dream matchup and huge money-maker)

I don't see anyone in the SEC running the table, but I think a one loss SEC team can still make it.

But if USC & a Big 12 team are still undefeated, then SEC still gets shafted.

Computer polls are 1/3 total BCS score.

If LSU/UGA/UF went undefeated, their SoS would be better then OU/MIZZU/USC. USC would have the lowest SoS, having played one less game (likely top 10 game from confernece champ game)

USC would likely be 1st in the polls, but a number of first place votes woould be split between the other teams as well. Having a BYU or Boisie ST, also undefeated could hurt USC even more in the computer polls if they are ranked behing one of the BCS busters

There is still alot of football to be played from now until December.....

USC will lose a game along the way. Sanchez won't last the whole season.
It'll be interesting to see how the computers treat USC's "Little Sisters of The Poor" schedule once the BCS poll comes out.

IDK....Pac 10 looks extra pathetic this year.

IMO, the PAC-10 champ will get the shaft because of the conference's epically weak record in out of conference games this year.

This question just came up on Bill Kings show (don't remember the guys name he was taling to) and the opinion was that if a member of the SEC, Big 12 or USC went undefeated then the Big 12 team would be left out. But if all had atleast 1 loss USC would be in big trouble due to strength of schedule.

Of all people, Colin Cowherd actually said this yesterday. Almost caused me to get in a wreck!

Won't happen...they all play each other. One MAY go undefeated; but would have to play in a SECCG against a potential Top 10 team. It shall be interesting if anything else.

Pretty much this, especially with the way Oklahoma has performed in bowls these past few years. Voters won't forget them getting blown out by USC then losing to Boise and WV.

Any Big12 team hoping to get to the big dance has to hope that USC or the SEC champion has at least one loss to get in.

Just as long as LSU (or anyone other than USC) has the crystal football they can have the Rose Bowl (AP) Trophy!!

They will not screw usc. If we run the table we are in just based on the sec and that we won last year. But I honestly think if ou and uga, or ou and fla both run the table that the sec team will get screwed.
