You gotta to figure they hope to have an upgrade at QB next year and Ertz wasn't going to be back so they got a CB taken in the 6th and a 5th rounder, which I guess is something. Has to be a blow to Jalen hearing it though he probably knew Ertz was being shopped.
Once again shows how little vets are worth on the open market, even a solid TE only making $5M this year. Great opportunity for AZ to trial him and see if he fits their future plans.
