It shouldn’t be an option.
minimum 5% per paycheck not counting social security and Medicare.

If you haven’t paid your taxes in 3 years you are a liability to the company and should be terminated. We’ve terminated sales people for not paying their taxes.

Im 31, make less than $100k/year and have less than $50k saved up for retirement. All of my good friends have way more than I do and make more.

I’m not married and I do enjoy life, that’s one part of it and I really want for nothing. I sleep like a rock every night.
