1. Give Orgeron a $5 million annual salary and extend it so that it’s only guaranteed four years.
2. Use the extra $3 million you saved in #1 above to make the coordinator salaries $2.5 million each.
3. Supervise Orgeron’s hiring process so that you get two top-notch coordinators
4. Put a CAUSE clause in Orgeron’s contract that allows LSU to fire Orgeron with no payout if he embarrasses us by running around with whores.
