Who are these employees?
United has 99.6% of their pilots vaccinated.
The Southwest Airlines fiasco is an issue where the Union and The Company are in the middle of contract negotiations. Southwest Pilots are about 50% vaccinated. however ...United and their pilots worked out agreements pertaining to complications with the vaccines, before they were vaccinated. Southwest has thus far refused to consider any considerations to complications. They expect their differences to be discussed by Monday. Pilots pass medical physicals each six months. Those that have reactions want to be protected. United pilots are Southwest is not.
That was from a direct on line interview this morning with the President of the Southwest Airlines Pilot Union. (Glenn Beck)
