Its a total racket and cruel game. We had windstorm damage in march and as a result had 3 leaking spots in roof. Filed claim. Dealt with two separate remote adjusters and 3 different inspectors as they kept claiming installation issue from 2006! My question was if install issue why suddenly 3 leaks we didnt have before?!

Agent tells me to take my business elsewhere to see if they would pay claim. Wth?? I rejected both claims and went appraisal route. Took forever but finally got my claim paid last week. New roof going up Weds this week 7 months after I filed!! I cant get away from allsnake fast enough.
