I wish we could p.m. each other because I'm pretty sure my mom is going to be looking for a job soon and I want to collect a list of companies that aren't going to be enforcing this because she's not vaccinated and said she'll retire before she gets vaccinated.

I'm seeing a few business owners on this forum saying that they'll never enforce this or they'll manipulate their employment numbers down so that they're not require too. She's not on sites like this so she doesn't get the opportunity to come across these people and she lives in New Orleans so of course she doesn't know anybody IRL that isn't going along to get along.

She's a really good worker, very loyal, very P's & Q's, highly conscientious and organized. I love my mom and I'm just trying to look out for her.

Where is your company located? I guess we can start there without giving too much away.
