Hey guys, I have been lifting, running, and played sports my whole life. I’ve never really dealt with bad jock itch or heat rash

About two weeks ago I started getting redness in my upper inner thigh. I’ve been spraying it with antifungal and even putting cream on it. My taint and arse also are tender from wiping but that’s another story.

I can’t seem to shake it. Anyone ever deal with this?

All the time. Hydrocortisone is the answer.

i get it, change underwear and shower often. the jock itch cream works for me usually.

if the jock itch isnt working you may have a yeast infection, you can pick up over the counter to knock that out. Will be in female hygiene area.

Bidet toilet seat attachments are $25 and take 10-15 minutes to install with no experience needed.

Why do people enjoy suffering?

Also recommend the bidet. The cold water wakes you up better than coffee.

I second the lotrimin spray, although I think the one I used to use was in an orange and blue bottle, so maybe a slightly different formula.

What permanently rid me of this heat rash (which I would get all the time) was switching to ex officio Sport Mesh underwear (9 inch variant preferred, but 6 inch good as well).
