Just go to the game, if you are already going to be there and want to go somewhere to watch the game then go to the stadium and watch the game. You’ll spend 100+ on food/drinks to go to a sports bar anyway and have to travel all the way into DC.
I used to live there but looks like those locations closed, looks like little miss whiskeys on H street NE is probably best bet… but by that time you are close to the stadium

Originally the plan was to try to go to the game, but it doesn't seem to be worth the trouble. It's not out of the question just seeing other options.
