Jordan Hare ranks right up there with Tiger Stadium.

No, no it doesn't. Piping in music b/c your band sucks loses serious atmosphere points, IMHO.

Not at all. Fair atmosphere, but till they do away with the LOUD SPEAKERS, we'll never know how the stadium would sound without piped in noise

The pregame with the pyrotechnics and that eagle is impressive. I agree that blaring music sucks..

Thanks and agree. Anything else is blind homerism and/or ignorance.

Put down the pipe, fake noise and music is nothing compared to TS.

It's definitely different, though I can't put my finger on what it is. Maybe it was the pom poms. But it was very cool even to be behind enemy lines.

I agree the music pumped in takes away from it, but fake noise? C'mon, that place was booming last night.

Enjoyed J-H, but saying that it's "right up there with Tiger Stadium" is stupid unless you're talking the Tiger Stadium of the Detroit Tigers. They rely on electronics, mic'd cheerleaders, prepared music vids, etc. Nowhere near TS in Baton Rouge. Not as loud, not as spontaneous, backed by pumped up sound. LSU fans at AU were kick-arse loud BTW.

Don't get me wrong, it's a great football environment. Lot's of fun being there. Just nowhere near Baton Rouge.

You can't be serious. Its a bird. Get over the thing people. It flies, just like every other bird on earth. Its pathetic watching those rednecks jack off to a bird. They are the Tigers, not the eagles.

Why are LSU fans so insecure? I just don't get it. It's ok not to be a complete mindless homer. Geez

BULL shite>... using microphones to lead cheers and piping in music through loud speakers sucks.. and reminds of pro venues...not TIGER STADIUM.

Last night was no different than what we faced at Alabama in 2005 and 2007.

I think the "shakers" are a big reason that if feels "funny"....

no matter what song, what cheer, what situation, it's that incessant "swish swish swish" on and on and on and on and on...... like the kid that rocked back and forth all through my 8th grade math class all day every day.....kind of autistic feeling for me.

Nah. The Eagle was impressive even if it was its worst performance (didn't even circle JHS once). May not be a Tiger carted around the field in a cage with cheerleaders on top, but what is?
