Worked in a Network Operations Center for an ISP
A Dave and Busters restaurant lost their internet on a friday. Manager freaked the F out on me. Threatened to mail our office a package bomb
Also had a customer jump on a conference call and scream incoherently for 3 minutes. literally so loud it kept cutting out. after his ramble, I calmly said, "uhhh what?"
