Hi Neighbor has “Un-Graded” steaks from Mexico. Ribeye and filet. You have to know how to look for marbling, but they are good if you catch a good cow.

The label just says “Ribeyes” and “Mexican Filet”

I've gotten great deals buying ungraded whole cuts from Winn Dixie or Shopper's Value. Especially if you can find ungraded beef tenderloin.

It's hard to tell what sale prices should be for local stores in south LA. I think some of the supply chain for grocers is still being affected by Hurricane Ida damage. This thought is based on most of the grocery stores around me either not have a weekly sale ad, or cutting back to one page of average deals.

Hi neighbor on Jones Creek has wagyu ribeyes for 899 a pound and they don’t even know it
