I've had this one for several years, not a Hobart but works very well. I could imagine using it for light commecial duty. I use it for homemade bacon, jerky, and slicing bulk deli meat. It would probably fit in a large cabinet but lives on my counter.

Edit: make sure to get a good pair of cut gloves. The blade is heavy, slippery, and extremely sharp, taking this thing apart to clean it is always scary.
