Fema is handing out $800 for generators and $500 for food/fuel for power outages. They do this every hurricane. How bout allocating some Fema money to Entergy to start putting shite in the ground where trees are close to lines(older neighborhoods in Southern Atlantic and Gulf Coastal Cities) and use better poles and lines where trees aren't an issue.
Win-Win-Win.
