Push for policies to enable 1:1 net metering so solar energy can be a possibility in Louisiana. Historically utilities go up 2-3% annually. Entergy has put in multiple requests for rate increases to customers for years but it’s normally denied by the PSC unless something like this happens where they can “justify” it.
