No.. Other kids.. Not hardcore bullying, but you can't let kids do whatever the hell they want... They need guidance and some type of in check keeping by their peers.

Parent should parent their kids that mean make them do what is GOOD for them and if they want to piss it all away at 18 then by all means, at least then as a parent your conscience is clear.
