I don't see how this addresses humidity and ambient temps. If the air is 100 degrees, how does this help? Are we also supposed to paint our exterior walls this color? The sun shines on more than the roof.
Perhaps this is really an energy-mitigation play, where your AC only works half as hard. I'm guessing if the entire US south could drop their AC consumption even 10% that's a huge deal.
I'm still very interested as I love fresh air and prefer not to be sealed off from the outdoors.
