re: Season ticket holders not attending games

The "gray haired " sections have been no showing for yrs now. Those original season ticket holders have long ago passed them down to family members, to a large degree a much younger generation that has no true dyed-in-the-wool loyalty. As well, any season ticket not renewed automatically goes to TAF who turns around & sells it to corporate interests, another group with no long term loyalty. I can't speak as to thousands feeling this way, but the LSU's administration bending over to BLM, et al is a factor for more than a few. Add to the shrinking attendance the fact that the student body has for decades now, been bailing out at half time. Many of that age group are now of season ticket age & are used to leaving early.
