That’s where you are wrong. When you put, or tolerate, mediocre talent in entry level positions you block out the possibility of the next Joe Brady. And that’s not to mention a host of issues that come with nepotism - for example, coaches and analysts thinking they had better heed the relative’s suggestion otherwise he will complain to the coach.

Agree. It’s not a healthy dynamic.
