last I heard evals were weird and reminded me of the stupid questions some employers ask in 3 pages of.

If you have an employee that comes in late what do you do?

a-counsel them and see if they are being bullied

b-find out if they have issues with their transitioning a sex change

c-write them up and tell them one more call off or tardiness and they are terminated

d-find out if they were protesting with BLM and were tired

If you pick C you don't get the job.
