Look - he was genuinely worried about my particular situation - and his personal beliefs I leave to him.
I was not there to argue mask effectiveness. I was there to get his genuine advice on how I should proceed relative to my specific cancer treatments.
If you think that is the place to argue over something like this, you need to re-evaluate your priorities.
This is not some busy-body in a Wal-mart ragging on me for not wearing a mask.
