I suspect LSU's next football head coach has a better than 50% chance of being a minority hire.

I don't give a shite about skin color. Just hire a damn good coach. Don't hire a coach for the sake of meeting a skin color quota. That is a sure fire way to set up for failure. Just hire the best damn coach.

I would hope they just pick the very best candidate for the job no matter what race he is. If they happen to be a minority so be it.
