There isn’t even that much sugar in normal. Gatorade. If the taste is too sweet for you that is one thing but it isn’t at some crazy unhealthy level if you aren’t drinking 2-3 a day. And even then there are way worst options

Who would have guessed that there is a shortage of rehydrating liquids during a pandemic involving fevers?

Given that, Gatorade should be easy as shite to make so I'm sure why they couldn't increase their supplies.

yea only 34g per 20 oz, almost the same as a 12 oz coke and essentially same amount of calories as a coke.

yea it is that bad.

if you are not an athlete who needs to replinish electrolyte immediately then you do not need to be drinking them.

this is perfect example why the average US citizen is so fat.

A 20 oz Gatorade has 36 grams of sugar. That’s an entire day’s worth of recommended sugar intake in one drink.
