You have to have certain total credit hours and be making progress towards a degree. For instance, you can't just load up your schedule with 1 hour PE classes or freshman courses every semester and remain eligible just because you have enough hours. The rules are black and white and very easy to follow, and someone dropped the ball big time for this to happen.

He’s 1. Going into his 3rd year of school and 2. And interdisciplinary studies major.l which if you look at the course catalogue involves a TON of Gen Ed classes even beyond a concentration. So what class
Could he possibly take that didn’t advance his degree?
