If I make a jambalaya on Sunday would it still be good on Wednesday or will the fridge dry it out????

You can always put it back on the stove top and reheat it with some water or chicken stock if you find it's a little dry.

I usually add a splash of water when I go to reheat, but I do that for just about everything

Place wet paper towel over plate of refrigerated jambalaya then place in microwave for 2 minutes. Fresh as the day it was cooked.

I reheat with a little butter mixed in...delicious.
