Who “officially” declares it so?
I will agree this is a legit QB room with actual alternatives compared to the recent past I.e., past 10-12 years.

Johnson doesnt make it passed his first read.
Brennan would have shredded ucla and backed the defense off.
Johnson and his sub 10 yard passes have no one scared.

Boy it’s hilarious how a good portion of this fanbase gleefully watched TJ transfer to Auburn because Johnson was going to be “it”.

Doubt Finley would have done any better.

You’re probably right given the OL and scheme trotted on the field under O.

I just hope our OL figures out who they’re blocking
Brad Davis says no.
Kevin Mawae, Rob Sale and Chris Truax are laughing.
The LSU fan base is not. (Laughing).....

Hey now. He completed 5 passes that were thrown past 10 yards.

One of the most pathetic things from a player in a long time. No idea who to block because we got a new line coach months ago. Guess you forget what you learned the prior 4 and 5 years playing college football.

we may have an official QB controversy
OK 1) It's McNeese. 2) Nuss threw 3 picks in the spring game against our defense. Says something. 3) Myles goes back to #1 once he's healed anyway, because this Peetz offense sure looks like it was designed for a seasoned QB. Too much play-clock was being wasted last game.

Nuss will get his chance soon enough when this OL gets Max killed.

Brennan is done at LSU. He will heal up and transfer. Makes zero sebse for him to come back and risk further injury for this team. He also would have looked worse and UCLA. The hero worship for a below average QB that is given to Brennan shows how little you morons understand QB play.

LMAO. dude can't troll about Taysom on saints talk anymore so here he is running his mouth trying to start a qb controversy on tiger rant

Nuss behind this line is not smart. See Joe Burrow in Cincy.

Wow, that's ironic coming from a guy that was touting Max's scrambling ability as to why he should be the starter. I couldn't help but notice his amazing footwork on that God-awful interception, and whatever the hell that no look, behind-the-back thingy was.
He's a keeper.

quote:no doubt? There is a shite ton of doubt about every player that transitions from hs to college.
But Nuss’ ceiling is no doubt higher than Max.

So have Bamas, difference is Saban plays and starts them. So does Dabo, as did Meyer. Coach O insists on sticking with Max, it may cost him his job.

For your information Mawae is another Kevin Faulk. Great college and NFL player, but can't coach his position. Neither have cut their teeth as a grad asst coach first.
