I got denied for everything. But approved for chainsaw reimbursement

So looks like FEMA is deferring lodging reimbursement to HO insurance, which may not cover under Loss of Use if no actual damage only utility outage, or if it does, would have a deductible that exceeds the claim.
Anyone else getting this?
