O pumpers may see that as a distinction without a difference, but it is clearly more indicative of how those hires should be viewed as O has never been able to come close to having successful hires otherwise.

and the fact he did this goes completely against the idea that O hires ppl he chooses without consulting others. Brady was consulted...he didn't just hire this guy on a whim
