They have 2 games to figure it out.

I'd like to be optimistic, but I just can't. However...
It was their first game. There was a huge disruption. It was on the west coast. UCLA is better than we thought.
Hopefully they prove us all wrong. O's job depends on it. LSU has to go into the Bama game unbeaten in SEC play for O to have a chance at remaining head coach at LSU.
I guess we're gonna see if O can actually coach.

They had 9 months to figure this after they laid an egg in 2020. Hell LSU was making a turnaround in their last two games. Now they revert back to early 2020.

Are there some new offensive linemen they can bring in? Because that’s where we are at.

Last year was a complete clusterfrick for everyone. That said, he has a very short window to prove he can get it done.

I think the powers that be at LSU are done giving him time to figure it out. And truthfully, winning the next two games by scores of 100-0 won’t help him. He’s going to have to get through the SEC schedule with two losses or less (I would guess) to save himself and I just don’t see how this coaching staff does that.
The players could turn it around to a certain degree, but I don’t think this coaching staff has it in them.

But they will go 1-2 vs MSU, Aub, Kentucky.

If we lose to Central Michigan I could legit see Orgeron being fired mid-season. Outside of that, I think it'll be after the season.. unless we go on some sort of magical run

They want it. They’re hungry and want to play ball. These new Oline have something to prove and that’s to make a difference, move from 2’s to 1’s. Learn from the mistakes these “veteran players” have done; Show the team what they love to do most..and that’s play football. But they’re waiting for their chance to prove all that.
