Still be frozen in my fridge. Even on 41, especially in the back. I won't go to lukewarm, but will thaw things on the counter.

Yeah, For big things I usually thaw for 2 days in the fridge or I take it out night before and let it spend an hour or so on the counter (still very cold to the touch) and put it in the fridge before bed.
