anyone know any organization(s) in hammond/tangi that can take donated food?

got a client with 100#'s of frozen ground beef, 100 dozen eggs and a shitpile of cheese in cold storage that they are burning gas trying to keep.
i'll buy it and donate it if anyone knows who can take it and use it to feed people

The Southern Boyz are prepping hot meals to pass out at noon and 6 PM. I'm sure they could use the donations to keep that going. They are located on HWY 190 in Baptist.

Please don't donate unless you know it will be distributed well. Bypass your local state agency. Start with your local non-profit well run kitchen. Take 20 minutes and look them in the eye. Don't even start w a church doing it. You'll find the needy.
