1. Sure, child support can start at 6 weeks. The presumed father can voluntarily provide support even earlier. If the father questions his paternity, a DNA test will need to be performed before he is ordered to support the child.
2. Existing as a person in the US does not make someone a US citizen. Is every foreign visitor to the US suddenly a citizen? No, the current interpretation (questionable as it may be) is that being BORN in the US makes one a citizen. And as previously stated, the mother of a US citizen can already be deported.
3. Sure, if you would like to take out a life insurance policy on your child, go right ahead. I’m not sure what the premiums would be for that policy but private insurance companies have actuaries that can figure that out based on risk.
Does she have any more “gotchas” she’d like to throw out there to be easily shot down?

I responded the same way.
Her "points" were so absurdly simplistic and easily dealt with, it really makes it embarrassing that she holds the position she holds.
I wouldn't hire her as a lawyer under ANY circumstances!
