If I use a VPN, it's my understanding that I can change my location to use Fan Duel. Am I correct or is this a hoax to get me to buy the VPN?? Thanks in advance.

Using most VPN services can allow you to change where it 'appears' your connection is originating by telling your client where to connect to.
Now whether or not the service you are attempting to use is monitoring for vpn connections, perhaps they are required to or choose to reject those IPs that registered VPN services? I know at least some do.

Do you know if a VPN works for YoutubeTV? I work offshore and our communications come from a European company so YouTube tv doesn’t let me access my account

I think that only works if you stay in the US. It think I’m traveling internationally so it says everything is unavailable because it cannot establish my location

Looks like I found a solution for YouTube tv. I just blocked the app from using my location services and now it’s defaulted to my home location. Easy enough
