Anyone want to take a guess at the amount of ranked teams USC plays the rest of the year?!?! As much as we hear about how shitty LSU's schedule is, it could take us DAYS to find all of USC's badass games!!!!! Want me to tell you? I'll tell you:

#17 Oregon (at home)
...

.....

Uhh

Wait a minute, let me check again.

.......

...the frick?

Ok, that's obviously it. Oregon at home. One game. One. That's it. One game against Oregon at home. One.

Let me check a couple of LSU's games against ranked opponents:

@ #10 Auburn
vs #3 UGA
@ #4 UF
vs #9 Bama

Knowing this, let me get this straight: #5 OSU/# 17 Oregon (at home) > #3 UGA/#9 Bama (at home) AND #10 AU/#4 UF (road)? Damn, for a cupcake arse schedule that LSU is getting ripped about, USC's sure doesn't look to deadly.

UGA's probably a top 10-15 team, but AU and Bama are severely over-rated, IMHO.

and yet they are still the best team in the country without question. playing a weak schedule is a great thing in an era where there are no playoffs. shite, i wish we would play all weak teams.

If we are good enough to matter we'll play UGA (or Florida) twice:

So we hypothetically play 5 teams currently in the top 10. Even if a couple of those are duds, that isn't bad

Playing a weak schedule kept USC out of the NC in 2003. Playing a hard one got LSU in both in 2003 and 2007

No, there can be discussion. Beating overrated Ohio State (like 2 SEC teams have done in 2 years) really doesn't prove anything.

How did you arrive at this?

Was it:

A. The UVA team they killed (Whom UCONN hung 45 on)

or

B. Ohio State who we've seen suck against Ohio and suck against USC (two teams of obvious talent differences)?

Irrelevant. If USC wins out, they deserve to be in the title game.

They can't control who they play. Atleast they've scheduled 3 BCS conference teams out of conference, and one of them was ranked #2 in the preseason.

OSU is good. top 10 team for sure.

As for Virginia, meh.

But WHO else has done more than USC so far? And who is going to deny how much talent USC has and how good they are? Be objective here.

OSU is the best win out of all the top 6 teams.

No they haven't.

But yes, if they go undefeated they should and will play for a NC. The question is if they (and other teams) lose 1 game. If they play an easy schedule, they shouldn't lose and a 1-loss Big12 or SEC team should go over them
