Your claim is that businesses have a right to exclude certain people for the public safety. Given your position, why shouldn’t a business be able to exclude a black male from their business to protect the other patrons from harm?

Incorrect.
My claim is that private businesses can set requirements and policies within the law. That has nothing to do with someone's race.
