Promotion doesn’t seem necessary as it is a treatment provided after infection. However, to the broader point, it appears a very effective treatment from the information I have seen, so if someone is putting up barriers or not providing the greatest opportunities and access the use of the treatment, that’s problematic.

Well if people were smart like desantis, they would have been hitting up nursing homes and ltc facilities with this.

Remember, these old peoples vaccines have already worn off.

They are still at a major risk.
