NHC gives New Orleans a 69% chance of hurricane force winds.

Morgan City is down to 44%. Baton Rouge is as 45%.

I assume that's sustained hurricane winds, correct? I have to believe the chances of a hurricane force gust are much much higher that that

Are those for sustained hurricane force or gusts? What are the chances of sustained hurricane force in Ascension?
