I have a feeling it is going to take longer to get the power back up than normal. The covid shutdown is not going to help and anything involving the Biden Feds is going to move at the speed of molasses.

This is exactly why I left Prairieville. If you live in Prairieville and don’t have a generator then I feel really bad for you if you didn’t leave.

How do y’all think Grand Isle is going to fare in this? It’s crazy how many hurricanes that place can go through, yet still be here today. Same with Cocodrie. I guess the gulf will probably be all the way to the floodgates at Golden Meadow, from the storm surge. Really hoping for the best for all my people in Golden Meadow and south of it.

Luckily I’m quite sure the feds won’t be involved in power restoration efforts.
These power companies that coordinate these efforts are very good at how they handle this
