Oversimplified explanation: So the mRNA is transcribed within the cell creating a foreign protein that triggers the cell to notify helper T cells into action creating B cells from Plasma cells and cytotoxic T Cells from Memory T cells. Once this happens antibodies are sent out in response.

I think what is happening is the proteins being transcribed aren’t correct creating weak antibodies from the B cells with a slightly incorrect confirmation on their variable ends

This leads to the antibodies, when created after being exposed to COVID being hijacked into replication

B cells aren't created from plasma cells. The memory T cell response is far more complicated.

Or they are created for one specific immunologic antigen tied to viral pathogenicity, which is why we see less severe disease in patients with the mRNA vaccination.
